A while ago I started product sampling with Influenster (holla! I love it). If you don't know what it is, got www.influenster.com and FIND OUT! Anyways, I finally got a Vox Box in for something I was so excited for - beauty supplies!

I decided to finally start a blog because I have problem skin and I figured others might find it helpful. I also just love to try new things and I want to let others know my experiences! I have a skin condition called perioral dermatitis. It comes around my nose area and mouth below my chin. If it gets out of control, it spread to the corners of my eyes. No one knows exactly why we get it. If find lists and lists of triggers - caffeine, coffee, chocolate, sweat, sulfates, SLS, stress, sleep deprivation. I can't keep up. I am trying to get through it all but like, who gives up chocolate completely? More about this in another post.

Anyways, I started a new regime. No SLS products on my face or body at all. I was thrilled when I got the Simple Makeup Remover wipes especially for this reason. Back to the reviews...

Ardell Lashes - 117
These were fabulous but for a night out - not really for day wear.  But hey, you do you. Easy to apply, seamless across the lash line.

Simple Micellar Makeup Remover Wipes
Get them. These are the best makeup wipes ever. They are gentle and leave no greasy after product. They do remove the makeup - mascara, lipstick, foundation etc. I just find it takes a little longer for me because I am gentle and do not scrub. Definitely keep these around.

Secret Clinical Strength Lavender Deodorant
I am obsessed with this deodorant. I have been through many and hate the smell when you actually start needing it to work. Lavender can turn into smelly garbage if you aren't careful (am I right?). I also hate the white marks on clothing. Ugh! This DOES NEITHER of these things! It keeps you dry and clean and smelling fresh.

Pantene Intense Hydration Shampoo and Conditioner
Unfortunately this has SLS so I cannot keep trying it, but I tested it once. The Shampoo worked very well. Got my hair clean, smelled fresh. The conditiner was a 4/5. Most conditioners are all a little heavy for me.
